You Should Be Saving Right Now

Have you started your Christmas list already? Me, I already wanted to start but I have been putting it off. I have to list down all the people that I will buy a gift so in that way I will not miss anyone and it’ll give me a guide on what to buy. Though there are times even when I have a list and have a budget for it, buying something other that what I have listed is unavoidable. At times I have 2 gifts for 1 person because I saw something nicer.

I also wanted to go to the upcoming great markdown sale at Robinsons Malls this weekend but knowing that it will be jam-packed, crowded and my list is not ready yet, I think I will opt not to go this year. I don’t want to end up buying something that I don’t really need just like what I did in the last few sales. Though my heart wants to shop but my mind is not willing yet. Funny but I have come to this age in my life that I don’t need to go to the mall every single week like I use to do before and just buy something that I see is nice or is on sale.

I think you have also read my penny-pinching post and though I love shopping, I reckon that window shopping is best for me right now hahaha. I also admire those people who have been saving up and filling their Savings Account for their major project. If i can just mention Mai, she and her husband are saving a lot to build their own house. Such a good move these days because renting or living with in-laws can be uncomfortable at times. Ok so, I guess it’s time for you to save but we have all the license to splurge when the holiday comes.
