We Should Learn How to Relax
Beating the deadline… kids cranky…..noisy surroundings.. pollution outside….traffic!
I know a lot of us have been tense for so many reasons and that makes us sick and tired. Just imagine all the factors that affect our every day lives and that make us also vulnerable to get sick . I read that learning to relax can also induce sleep and productivity. Here are some techniques to combat stress and tension
* Deep breathing
* Direct muscle relaxation
* Music
* Visualization
Sometimes when I’m tense, I tend to listen to music and that veers me away from some worries. It can be relaxing esp. when you listen to soothing and mellow music.
