			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">I&#8217;s easy for me to say that the best form of maintaining any wieght or body is through exercise and healhty living because I&#8217;m <img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1111" title="exercise" src="http://www.theideazone.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/exercisr.jpg" alt="exercise" width="86" height="135" />just petite and quite lucky (is it?) to be born that way. Seriously, the heaviest weight that I achieved is only up to 100 lbs. in many years. There are time I wish I am also a bit big and &#8220;full&#8221; but since I have a very fast metabolism, I reckon that is also one of the factors I don&#8217;t get too big. In fact, I hardly exercise but I&#8217;m practicing healthy living (no alcohol drinking or cigarette smoking).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For those that having problems with their weight, I can only say that it must be real hard because you can diet and get thin but the maintenance is much harder. I see no reason why other people opt for <a href="http://www.weightlosswand.com/">weight loss supplements</a> and other remedies when they feel exercise and eating healthy foods is not workign for them.</p>
