Exercise and Healthy Living
I’s easy for me to say that the best form of maintaining any wieght or body is through exercise and healhty living because I’m
just petite and quite lucky (is it?) to be born that way. Seriously, the heaviest weight that I achieved is only up to 100 lbs. in many years. There are time I wish I am also a bit big and “full” but since I have a very fast metabolism, I reckon that is also one of the factors I don’t get too big. In fact, I hardly exercise but I’m practicing healthy living (no alcohol drinking or cigarette smoking).
For those that having problems with their weight, I can only say that it must be real hard because you can diet and get thin but the maintenance is much harder. I see no reason why other people opt for weight loss supplements and other remedies when they feel exercise and eating healthy foods is not workign for them.
