Exercise and Healthy Living
I’s easy for me to say that the best form of maintaining any wieght or body is through exercise and healhty living because I’m 
just petite and quite lucky (is it?) to be born that way. Seriously, the heaviest weight that I achieved is only up to 100 lbs. in many years. There are time I wish I am also a bit big and “full” but since I have a very fast metabolism, I reckon that is also one of the factors I don’t get too big. In fact, I hardly exercise but I’m practicing healthy living (no alcohol drinking or cigarette smoking).
For those that having problems with their weight, I can only say that it must be real hard because you can diet and get thin but the maintenance is much harder. I see no reason why other people opt for weight loss supplements and other remedies when they feel exercise and eating healthy foods is not workign for them.
Remedies for Puffy Eyes and Dark Circles
We already know that cucumber are naturally remedy for our puffy tired eyes. It is know to have an anti-inflammatory ingredients that can cure swollen skin on eyes and reduced redness. Just last night, I was so tired, I cut off 2 pieces of cucumber and put on my eyes for couple of minutes. After that I feel refreshed because cucumbers are kinda cold and soothing. I guess I will be using cucumbers for a while since I’m also sleepign a bit late lately due to work.
For those people where cucumber remedy is not working I guess it’s thr right time to use eye creams already by chekcing out http://www.eyecream.org. Other who don’t want to put creams are just being tricly, they only put tons on make up to hide the flaw. hehe
Kevin Smith kicked off by South Smithwest Airlines for being fat
Wow I could not believe it when I read the news about Kevin Smith, director of Mallrats, Clerks, Chasing etc. who was kicked off by South Smithwest Airlines for being fat. The pilot said that he is a safety danger on board the flight buy Smith told that he is not only the fat guy in the flight.
To quote him: “I know I’m fat,” Smith says, having battled weight issues for years but. “I broke no regulation, offered no ’safety risk’ (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?)”
No matter what he said he was still kicked off the flight, I bet the pilot wants to tell him to get diet supplements before boarding his plane once again. Kevin Smith retaliated with some offensive remarks via his twitter account.

I’ve been wanting to go to my dentist for my bi-annual check up for my teeth but I got to busy that I eventually set it aside.
