Get Them into Sports
I’m no sports aficionada but I always enjoy watching people compete and exert a lot of effort and dedication to their chosen sport. Their quest for their dream and goals are just insurmountable and true sports minded are very dedicated to hone their craft and talent. How’d I wish I am like them.
However I had my little share of being in sports way back in my highschool days when I was one of the participants in the 100meter dash competition. I did won in our year level but failed to grab the medal when I competed with many year levels.
Anyway, it’s good to know that schools and universities are still incorporating physical education or sports as part of school activities. This would encourage students to like sports and be physically active because in today’s world where computer and psp games are rampant, students still can enjoy outdoor activities.
I reckon we need to teach or expose kids to sports if we can. get them off their chairs and let them play outside. I have an online friend (Litzie) who recently joined the Adidas The King of the Road Marathon that was held at Bonifacio High Street last Oct. 25.
