Facebook Reaches 500 Million Users

Wow, can you imagine that? If you have read my post about 2010 Social Networking Map, you can see that Facebook has already 500 million users and of course it’s increasing every day. I never thought I’ll be joining the bandwagon but still I was tempted so I just signed up only this year.

My experience using this social networking place was great because it allows me to reconnect to my former classmates and relatives.  For some they also uses Facebook to play games and follow their favorite celebrities, companies and more. Facebook has really become a great venue for anything because it allows you to post photos, shout outs, news , your promotions, your event schedules etc. where anyone can read.

Companies that caters to business or investments like United States Gold Bureau also finds it a great way to give information and news about gold and precious metals. Now, users all over the world can now quickly learn more info about certain products and services. I’m sure Facebook will stay for a long time as long as they will bring new features to all of us users.
