Bedroom Ideas
I did some browsing again this afternoon at decorology.com, one of my fave blogs to read and to find some great ideas for homes. Browsing the site makes me yearn for a nice, clean and neat home for myself, away from clutter and too busy decors.
Here are just some of my fave photos from that blog.
Since I love green and a big clear glass window, this bedroom photo makes me drool. If you have a house like this you better get a home insurance quote just in case and for security. I love how the lights come inside the room, making it more spacious and clean.
This one is immaculate and serene, makes me want to stay more hours in my room.

As a household owner it’s always on my mind the ways on how I can beautify and improve our house. There are times that I spend quite sometime in a home depot during the weekends looking at the latest contemporary designs in the market today. I have had one of those days trying to figure out how I can implement such design into our house to somewhat lift or partially renovate our place without shelling out great some of money.
Just one of my fave area in the home depot aside from the bedroom stuff is the kitchen and bathroom fixtures. I just love all those new lavatories that are coming out, they look sleek and elegant, perfect for new homes and those that love elegance. Faucets have become unique as well, there are some that don’t need to open anymore bec. it has sensor but I reckon they can waste water. I still prefer the old traditional faucet where you can turn on and off the water.

Neat Looking Dining Area is a Must
As usual I had some time to browse decorogy to get some ideas and inspirations once again eventhough I have no plans of redecorating or renovating our house or even my room in the near future. The budget is still in question and just thinking about the money and how messy it will be to renovate makes me erase tha thought right away.
Anyway, I just feasted my eyes with the new designs over at decorology.com and I was really impressed and makes me yearn for a neat, clean, sleek and contemporary house. This dining room looks so neat with white decors and with ample light coming in. There’s no tiles on the flooring yet it looks elegant.

Modern Shower Enclosure/ Shower Fixture
When it comes to home improvement it’s inevitable that we wanted to have comfortable place and sophisticated gadgets in our house most especially if it is a room that is most often used. I found myself looking for some shower curtains last weekend and yesterday when I stopped by the home section of the mall.
How’d I wish we have a nice enclosed shower so that we’ll not need just a simple shower curtain at the bathroom from preventing water from splashing. It would be perfect to have one of these shower enclosures. I remember when we stayed in one of the hotel in Sydney they have one of this and how comfortable I was taking a shower.
These days modern bathroom fixtures are being developed and marketed from sinks of different shapes, toilets, enclosed showers made of safety glass and even walk in tubs for comfort, style and maximising space. You can find lots of these at ukbathrooms.com. What about those digital showers? I think it’s cool because just all we need to do is press the button and when a desire temperature is reached it will give a signal and it’s ready to use. Perfect not just for luxury hotels but for homes as well.

Home and Room Improvement
Now that few more days my sis and her family in Sydney will be coming home for their Christmas vacation, mom already started to ask our helpers to clean some parts of our house. Actually they started just today, they asked them to flow the left over mud at our backyard that have thicken during the Ondoy’s floods. We have clean it already but there are still remnants left so they need to thoroughly clean it. I also told my mom that before Christmas we need to have a major clean up at the house and at our garage since our garage floor still is a bit untidy. It’s a never ending cleaning bec. of the typhoons that keeps coming in.
I hope by the time my sis and her family are here they’ll be pleased with our place bec. they are used to a clean house and environment in Sydney. I also intend to re-paint my room and have a major clean up as well but that will be a tedious task to do. I’m keeping my fingers on that one. Wish me luck!

Will Keyless Locks Be the Answer?
How many times have you lost your keys? I know some of you might be guilty of this aside from me as I have been scolded for being forgetful at one instance. I will not also forgive myself for leaving the keys still inserted at the padlock at our home and I am just fortunate that no burglar or robber came that time or else our house will be ransacked.
Will a keyless lock be the answer for a more good security? Take note of those digital deadbolt locks or those that only use your fingerprints to open your house or place. It sounds so high tech but I reckon it’ll be hard to replace all those old-fashioned key locks for now but if my guess is right there are some places or that implements such.
This maybe a good security measure to take into but not matter how high-tech gadgets are there will always be high-tech thieves and burglars.
