IKEA Bedroom Make-over
I’ve always wanted my room to be renovated and I;m wishing that someone can give it a make-over. I was browsing for bedroom ideas and saw this Ikea makeover for a young man’s bedroom and wow the make over is just so awesome. It was so neat and very organized! I know my friends would love to have their bedroom spiced up as well.

Conserve Energy at the House
Thank God our electric bill for this month lowered. I paid Php2,700 last month and I was so glad to see that I will only pay Php2,000 for my May bill. I was kinda relieved to have known that, eventhough it’s still high. I know that my bill went up high because I’ve been using our electric fan almost all day because it’s also too hot since it’s summer.
I’m trying to conserve by closing lights and unplugging appliances when it is not in use. At least even just cents I can save. I also have to make sure that water will not be wasted. I also don;t iron clothes one by one but by batches.

As homemaker we always strive to make our homes more comfortable for our families. We’re always on the lookout for nice things for our homes like durable furniture, unique piece of art or carefully crafted home accessories that can be the center of attraction to your home.
We also find ourselves looking for some bargains and good deals at the malls or even at our fave online shop. We’re always happy if we got a coupon or a discount card that can save as a little money on our pockets. Aside from all of those we also see to it that we serve our family with good healthy foods, giving all the nice and fine things in life. We should also remember that good health is a priority and if you have extra money why not buy yourself a whole life insurance to give you piece of mind. In this way, when the unexpected incident happen you have something to be left to your family.

Vacation Galore
Ahhhh.. I guess I’m burned out once again due to lots of work. I’ve been staying up late doing work at home all day long that sometimes I forgot about myself already. I need some “me” time for sure, a day at the salon would be perfect and a good shopping perhaps.
I also would love to take a much needed vacation in an island just like we did when we went to Hamilton Island in Sydney. We stayed in a nice condo type apartment complete with amenities and good services. How’d I wish we have a timeshare there and hopefully I can sell my timeshare when needed. But right now, all I want is to let my hair down and just enjoy life.
I hope a Caribbean cruise and trip to France will come true as well.

Regency Beauty
I always love watching reality TV and I once saw a show where contestants are hair dressers or makeup specialists. They’ve been given hard tasks to do within a time frame and whoever made a great creation wins the challenge.
I was in awe watching them create beautiful hair do and makeup to their models and I guess their experience and talent really helped them a lot. It also gives a good lesson for bussing stylists who wanted to hone their craft.
You can either learn by experience or learn at any of Virginia Beauty School like Regency Beauty where only accomplished and talented instructors are there to teach their students. For sure the techniques that you’ll learn from that school will greatly help you in you.

Fresh Looking Room
Aside from the looking for prevera that I need because I’m staying a bit late each day, I’m also on the lookout for fresh new style for the home and look what I found at houseandhome.com. They are sharing budget tips on how we can transform a simple and small drab room into a more spacious, neat and fresh looking one. Door panels are can also be transformed into a headboard. I’m not into color blue but the drapes makes it more elegant and cool to the eyes.

Some Things to Do
Hey all it’s weekend once again and aside from the various household chores that I need to do till tomorrow, I also need to compare life insurance quotes that I needed. I need to keep things organized in the house as well as the paper works. I hope I have some time to do that even just for few hours as paper works are also filing up.
Right now, the laundry is in front of me waiting to be folded and put in the closet. My laundry woman washed it yesterday and eventhough it rained still it dried up a bit quick.

Neat Living Room
Ahhh this living room leaves me breathless! Eventhough it looks small yet it is neat, elegant and so cozy. I would love to entertain friends and relatives here in this kind of living room and exchange ideas and chit chats. I guess it’s also much easier to clean this kind of room than dealing with colon cleansing, I reckon. The tulip flowers also caught my attention, it’s my gave flower and great accent and decor at home. I would not have second thoughts of copying the theme of this room on ours. Perhaps when I’ll have a budget to renovate then this one for sure will go on my list.

These days, designers are always coming up with new style and designs for the home. I was in admiration when I found this beautiful and unique wash basin from http://www.behance.net/Sokolova. Sure looks so sleek and very contemporary, perfect for any home or even hotels. It will not only serve its function but can be the center of talk among your friends. This beautiful piece of art is designed by Ekateryna Sokolova from Ukraine and she called this project “Iris”, that resembles an elegant flower.
If only I can have this at our home, I guess I can use it to wash my face all the time to prevent myself from getting acne and looking for an acne treatment all the time.
